****Our two bedroom lakefront condos are ready for occupancy,

As you know Kimberling Inn and
Resort, in Kimberling City, MO was hit severly by a tornado on February
29, 2012
Repairs to our condos are coming along very well as you will see
in the photos below. Repairs to our office building and Pier
Restaurant are nearing completion. We are aiming for completion
of the 300, 400 and 500 Units in September and will update this
site with interior photos as each building is ready for
occupancy.
WATCH OUR PROGRESS , WE WILL KEEP
UPDATING RIGHT HERE EVERY FEW WEEKS.

These scissor roof trusses increase the roof slope, to allow

Roofers are finishing the last of the 2 story 100 building,
upper right. The one story buidlings have built up roofs,
that are yet to be done. Ahoy's restaurant is the only blue
tarp left. |

June 22 progress on the West side of the 100 building two
story portion, new windows, new siding, getting ready to
replace deck railings. |
The two story portion has a rebuilt railing and roof over
the stairs, new doors, siding repairs complete, ready for
paint. |
